Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Europe, Cyprus or Shenzhen China Depending on your location, within 1-2 business days after placing the order.

Your order will be delivered to you via or your Local Postal Services (Cyprus) or ACS Courier or DHL depending on what shipping method you selected at your check out. 

  • Standard Delivery – Free (6-15 business days) 
  • Express Delivery – €12.50 | Get it within 4-6 business days from dispatch
  • Free delivery for orders above €50.
  • Cyprus Shipping with ACS is FREE

Minimum Order

  • Minimum Order for Cyprus is €15
  • Minimum Order for Greece is €30
  • Minimum Order for the rest of the Countries is €15

Shipping time

Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

  • Cyprus: 1-2 days (via ACS courier) 
  • Greece: 2-3 days for express and 10-14 days for standard shipping 
  • Other EU Countries: 10-14 days 
  • Express Delivery: 4-6 business days

Please note that these time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 2 business days for tracking to start showing information. Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the Local Postal Services or ACS Courier, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.
